Private AI, deployed inside your environment
Give your teams AI that answers from your own documents and systems, without sending a single file to a public chatbot. We design, deploy and operate private AI on infrastructure you control, with the security and audit trail your business already requires.
- Runs on your servers or cloud
- Answers cite their sources
- Never trains public models
Three contracts renew next quarter:
- Data center colocation, 90 days written notice
- Endpoint security licenses, 60 days notice
- Telecom service agreement, 30 days notice
Public AI tools were not built for your company data
AI is already in your business. The question is whether it runs under your control, or in browser tabs you cannot see.
Shadow AI is a data leak
Staff paste contracts, customer records and source code into consumer chatbots. Once it leaves, you cannot recall it or prove where it went.
Compliance still applies
Privacy law, client contracts and frameworks like ISO 27001 and HIPAA expect you to know where data is processed and who can see it.
Generic tools give generic answers
A public model does not know your policies, prices or procedures. A private assistant answers from your own approved sources.
What you can deploy
We start with one high value use case, prove it with your own data, then extend it across teams.
Knowledge assistant
Staff ask questions in plain language and get answers from policies, contracts, SOPs and manuals, with links to the source.
Document processing
Read, classify and extract fields from invoices, forms, contracts and compliance records in bulk, with a person reviewing exceptions.
Customer & agent support
Assistants that help support agents or customers with answers drawn from your product data, FAQs and ticket history.
IT operations copilot
Summarize incidents, search runbooks and past tickets, and suggest remediation steps from your own logs and documentation.
Workflow agents
Triage email and requests, update records across systems and draft reports, with approval steps for anything that matters.
Data questions
Ask your databases questions in plain language through read only, permission aware access, and get tables you can check.
Your data, your model, your perimeter
Every component runs inside the boundary you choose. Nothing is sent to a public AI provider.
-
Your sources
File shares, SharePoint, Google Drive, wikis, ticketing systems and databases.
-
Secure indexing
Permission aware ingestion, redaction of sensitive fields, and an encrypted private index.
-
Private model
An open weight model on your GPUs or in your cloud account, answering only from retrieved sources.
-
Your people
A web workspace, your chat tools or an API, all behind your single sign on.
Run it where your data is allowed to be
The same architecture, deployed to match your security policy, budget and existing infrastructure.
On premises
GPU servers in your data center or office, managed by us. Can run fully air gapped for the most sensitive workloads.
Best for: regulated data, strict residency rules, no cloud policy.
Your private cloud
Deployed into your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, inside your network perimeter, and defined as code.
Best for: teams already running in the cloud who want to keep one security boundary.
Dedicated managed
A single tenant environment operated by DITE, isolated per client, with no shared indexes or models.
Best for: the fastest start, with no infrastructure to run yourself.
Held to the same standard as the rest of your infrastructure
Private AI is still infrastructure. We secure, monitor and document it the way we do every production system.
- Single sign on with your identity provider, and roles per team.
- Permission aware answers so people only see what they already can.
- Full audit logs of questions, answers and sources.
- Encryption at rest and in transit, with keys you control.
- Sensitive data redaction before content is indexed.
- Version pinned models so behavior never changes without testing.
- Accuracy testing against your real questions before each release.
- Human approval for any action an agent takes on your systems.
Prove the value first, then scale it
Discovery
We pick one use case with you, review the data sources and agree on how success will be measured.
Pilot
A working assistant on your own data, used by a small group, with a written quote before work starts.
Production
Single sign on, monitoring, backups and audit logging, rolled out to the teams that need it.
Operate & improve
We keep models, indexes and connectors current, and add use cases as confidence grows.
Common questions
Do we need to buy GPU servers?
Not necessarily. Many use cases run well on a single modern GPU server or on GPU instances in your cloud account, and we size the hardware after the pilot. A dedicated managed environment is also an option if you would rather not run hardware at all.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. Your documents stay in the environment you choose and are never used to train public models. If you decide to fine tune a model on your data, that model belongs to you.
Which AI models do you use?
Open weight models such as Llama, Mistral, Qwen or Gemma, chosen for your languages, accuracy needs and hardware. If your policies allow a managed model under enterprise terms that exclude training on your data, we can use that instead.
How accurate are the answers?
Answers are grounded in your own documents and show their sources, and the assistant says so when it cannot find an answer. Before go live we measure accuracy against a set of real questions from your team.
What systems can it connect to?
Common sources include file shares, SharePoint and OneDrive, Google Drive, wikis, ticketing systems and SQL databases. Other systems connect through their APIs.
What does it cost?
It depends on the deployment option, the volume of data and the number of users. After a discovery call we send a written quote for the pilot, along with projected running costs for production.
