How we engineer, secure and stand behind every environment
Too many businesses still run on manual processes, single servers and backups nobody has tested. These are the rules we build to, and the commitments we put in writing.
If a task happens twice a day, we automate it
The problem: teams lose hours every week to the same clicks, data transfers and server checks. It costs payroll, and manual steps are where most errors come from.
- Zero touch workflows for onboarding, provisioning and data synchronization, triggered by system events.
- Integrated systems connected through APIs, so data stops being copied by hand.
- AI assisted handling for the edge cases simple rules cannot cover, with people approving what matters.
Online when traffic spikes, efficient when it is quiet
The problem: a campaign lands or a post goes viral, traffic multiplies in minutes, and a single server locks up. Every error page costs sales and trust.
- Decoupled architecture that separates heavy data processing from a fast, lightweight front end.
- Edge delivery that serves content close to each user, in Davao or in London.
- Serverless and autoscaling capacity that grows with demand and scales back down, so you do not pay for idle servers.
Backups that ransomware, fire and mistakes cannot erase
The problem: a local backup drive will not survive a fire or flood, and simple cloud sync copies encrypted ransomware files straight into your backup.
- Separate, distributed copies across accounts and regions on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, with no single point of failure.
- Write once, read many storage: once a backup is written it cannot be changed or deleted, even by an attacker with administrator access.
- Recovery from code: environments rebuilt in a secondary region from infrastructure code, with restores tested on a schedule.
Systems that repair themselves before users notice
The problem: in reactive IT, a server runs out of memory, the application crashes, and someone is woken at 3 AM to reboot it by hand. If a system needs a person to stay online, it is not stable.
- Containerized applications managed by Kubernetes or OpenShift, isolated from each other.
- Automatic remediation: unhealthy containers and nodes are replaced and traffic is rerouted without intervention.
- Portable by design: the same self healing platform can run on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or on premises RHEL.
We put performance targets in writing, and stand behind them
We do not tolerate slow infrastructure. When DITE migrates and hosts your platform, performance is part of the agreement, not a hope.
Targets agreed up front
Before migration, we agree on measurable performance targets for your platform, in writing.
Measured continuously
Performance is monitored from the moment your platform goes live on our infrastructure.
Refund or free hosting
If we miss the agreed targets, you receive a full refund, or we keep hosting your platform free of charge until the targets are met.
Applies to platforms DITE migrates and hosts. Targets, measurement and terms are set out in your service agreement.
Controls built in from day one, not bolted on before an audit
We design environments around the frameworks your clients and regulators expect, and document the technical controls so your audit starts with evidence instead of guesswork.
Health data
Access controls, encryption, audit logging and backup safeguards for protected health information.
Service organizations
Change management, monitoring, access reviews and availability controls for SaaS and service providers.
Card payments
Network segmentation, hardening, key management and logging for systems that touch cardholder data.
Information security
Technical controls and documentation that support an information security management system.
DITE designs, implements and documents technical controls. Certification, attestation and audit reports are issued by accredited auditors, and we work alongside yours.
What you can expect from every engagement
Everything as code
Infrastructure, configuration and pipelines are version controlled, reviewed and reproducible.
No lock in
Cloud agnostic designs and open tooling. You own the code, the data and the documentation.
Security by design
Zero trust access, least privilege and encryption are the starting point, not an upgrade.
Staging mirrors production
Changes are tested in an identical environment before they reach your users.
Documented handover
Architecture diagrams, runbooks and training, so your team is never dependent on us.
Straight answers
Plain language, written proposals and honest scoping. If a project is not a fit, we say so.
Hold your infrastructure to this standard.
Tell us what you run today, and we will show you where it meets these rules and where the gaps are.
